This comic is set in a port town in which my ranch resides. Just a very short interaction that gives a little world building. Specifically this comic will give this worlds explanation as to why there can be both sentient talking cats that walk around like any other citizen as well as normal cats doing normal cat things. All perfectly explained by one of my ranches longest inhabiting staff.
