For a long time I just told myself to smile, and forget about the pain, that my pain didn't matter, that others problems were bigger then my own, and for a long time I hid behind the mask, but it was a few years ago that i had a break through and learned to care for myself, like i was caring for someone else, I learned those words from a very wise man.
