This is "Ghostmedic", a metafur character I adopted from  goliathcpg over here https://www.furaffinity.net/view/4940800/

She didn't have much background, just one picture and thirteen speaking lines as a minor character in goliathcpg's story "The Hunt for Chaos Theory" (THfCT) so I've put together a quite detailed history and character personality for her and 'rescued' her from the fate of being a undeveloped minor character. She actually looks a lot different when she's not in her 'mission outfit' so I'll eventually need to get a proper refsheet for her.

Power Level: as "Ghostmedic" or "Phantom Flyer" currently rated 3 (typical superhero) and potentially 4 (high-powered superhero); however if she is faced with opponents of a much higher power level than her, particularly aggressive or abusive ones, she has the uncanny ability to somehow seem to have at least a chance against them (almost as if she was the hero or main character of a story) or simply disappear, this effect has not been documented and its limits are not known but it might be effective up to power level 10 (extinction-level) or even above. <see here for explanation of 'power levels'>
Power Level (optional): as "Dreamtime" probably 5 or 6 (Avengers-level superhero, about the level or Vision or Spectrum/Photon/Captain Marvel), in this state she is essentially a demigod or the avatar of a powerful spirit/god, however she can't become Dreamtime unless there is some serious threat that justifies it.
Power Origin/Source: uncertain (and no technological equipment or 'magic' can detect anything out of the ordinary about her when she isn't manifesting a 'power')
Strengths: intelligence (IQ 130+), analysis, strategy/tactics, extensive training, athletic fitness, meta powers, not a killer
Weaknesses: not a killer, lacks offensive meta powers (that she's willing to use), doesn't want meta powers, normal furson (she is pretty tough and athletic for a normal but she's not physically beyond the range of normal), military enlistment (legally required to obey orders, must report to superiors, etc.), reluctant, lack of experience, subject to sometimes freezing up in panic or getting post combat shakes (less likely when she is on mood meds), on anti-anxiety medication, sometimes takes sleeping pills when she has trouble handling her dreams, she becomes violently ill when she is teleported and is totally incapacitated by waves of nausea (requiring powerful anti-nausea meds to function at all)
Personality: <see Strengths & Weaknesses> MBTI: Intj; religious upbringing but gave it up when she left home for college, rather nerdy and a bit geeky, scientific worldview ("agent Scully"), nervous, cautious, introverted, overly analytical, a bit cold and not especially empathic, if it weren't for her ethics and commitment against killing she'd be a fearsome assassin
Brief Bio: Her parents emigrated from Australia to a small town in Utah with little more than their dungarees before she was born after some incident they never talk about. She's the second youngest and most successful of six siblings. After two years of pre-med university education she lost her academic scholarship and joined the army with the hope of returning to finish her degree and become an M.D. after her enlistment was over. While training to become an army nurse the Army learned about her potential for a meta power (invisibility) and she was assigned to extensive additional training in covert ops and special operations. She recently washed out of the training to be a 'Green Beret' special operations combat medic. She is a Warrant Officer (for being a meta) and while still technically an army nurse or medical specialist, she's currently less of a nurse and more of a spec-ops medic and reluctant meta counterintelligence agent. Her powers have expanded to partial intangibility about a year ago and recently to full intangibility/phasing (highly classified), which has skyrocketed her value to the military and gotten her dragged into some questionable black ops. She may have psychic powers and currently seems to either be developing some power related to dreaming or going insane, perhaps both.

Fighting Style: reluctant but surprisingly competent at practical mixed martial arts (army counterintelligence agent and special operations combat training), along with some kickboxing and Taekwondo (from high school hobbies), and some practical Jujitsu (mostly learned from other folks in Green Beret training and meta training)
Association: Army (meta brigade, brigade support battalion, Charlie Company medical group, but often on 'loan' to the brigade staff Military Intelligence Company)
Affiliates: The 'military meta' team of Col. "Dog of War" & Lt. "Last Stand"; also associated with the 'geek squad' at the military meta base she's at; single, no significant other, not looking, not dating, no high school boyfriends, didn't go to the prom
Alignment: <complex, she'd prefer to be a hero, or better yet an M.D. or scientist and uninvolved in silly meta antics, but she exists in a setting where the government and military are often portrayed as the villains and she'll follow any orders that are not 'manifestly unlawful' though how hard she tries and how much initiative she shows will depend on how much she agrees with the orders>
Role: <varies> often a foil or hero antagonist and she makes a good 'heroic' foil for vigilante characters who think she's a villain (but she can be hero, ally, sidekick, foil, anti-villain, victim, and sometimes comedy relief (much to her embarrassment); she'd prefer to be a hero but has been seen as resigned to playing the role of villain who is following orders, the role she is least likely to play is vigilante; as a fully detailed minor character with a complete background she is useful for character exposition discussions with the main characters)

kangaroo head, ears, and nose (NOT canine, a deer would be closer than a dog)

-- in particular, she's a herbivore-type so her eyes aren't positioned like a predator's (though she does have about 30 degrees of binocular vision)

long sturdy 'roo tail
-- the tip is dark (an identifying characteristic of the eastern grey kangaroo)
-- when standing fully erect with her tail straight down it brushes the ground requiring her to hold it back or curl the tip up to walk,
-- with her knees bent perhaps two foot-lengths or so of tail would touch the ground, enough for the tip to curve up off the ground
-- her tail actually adds quite a bit to her weight, so she's heavier than she appears based on just the humanlike part of her body
her fur & eye color as well as 'hair', chest size, and makeup depend on whether she's in her 'Ghostmedic' mission makeup or not
