Got to watch those SUV hatches. One time I had one open in the rain while I loaded the back. Then, when I was done, I pulled the hatch down to close it, and found that the recess for the license plate had collected about a gallon or two of ice cold November rainwater, and dumped it all right on my head (and down my neck, for good measure). &%$#%* Toyota's.
Actually, I can do you one other: SM Wolf and 
cyberhorn_the_dragon were loading the van for the trip to Anthrocon 2001 while it was raining. They were under the hatch, dry, never thought anything of it.
Until they closed the hatch. And all the water that had accumulated in the well where the license plate goes dumped upon them
