Nintendo Entertainment System AutoCAD Model (Second Edition)
Thank you very much for visiting. Advanced criticism and professional advice are strongly encouraged.
This is a rendering of a complex AutoCAD model that I had constructed from scratch. The model resembles the 1985 Nintendo Entertainment System, a video game console that hosted video games such as Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda.
This is a second edition rendering to differ from renderings I shared earlier. The modifications to the model are small in appearance, but did take some time to apply. I have now drawn out the text that appears on the Nintendo's "power" and "reset" buttons. Furthermore, numbers have been added to the controller port front panel and text has been added to the sticker labels that do not appear in this particular rendering.
In future editions, interior components need to be included into the model and labels that are featured on the underside of the Nintendo need to be constructed.
During these renderings, however, I was falling upon some unfortunate glitches that were causing shearing effects on the shadows. I'm also not very impressed with the anti-aliasing. As I continue to work on the model, I will try to figure out what went wrong with the renderings.
This is one of the recent renderings I made for this second edition. The others will eventually be posted on my website.
Again, thank you for visiting and have a safe and enjoyable weekend.
