Transformed
It seems the more free time I have, the more creative and surreal my dreams become. Once again, a design that I have turned from a recent dream into reality.
The entire setting was a little all over the place really, but I'll sum up the most important information here.
Driving to a place or back home, my boyfriend and I sat in my car as a sudden and distant meteorite shower hit the earth. My vision changed into the sky and I was able to see what was heading for us. An eight-legged, hand-sized alien drone of some kind shot through the air until it bashed into the roof of my car. It slid down towards the windshield, staring at us as it began piercing the glass with its legs which behaved like needles, managing to break through only to then climb into the car and attack him instead of me.
It turned out to be a robotic symbiote, fusing with his back and spreading itself through his entire body. Eventually, he turned into this robotic being.
We both enjoyed the idea so much that we had a roleplay about the entire transformation process. The drone/symbiote, functioning as a refinery for materials as well, used metals from nearby sources in order to "build" upon itself until the human body eventually ceased to exist, processed into biomass. Thoughts, memories, and the personality remain, just that the symbiote itself suppresses any unnecessary past memories that might end up "breaking" the mind.
So... this basically isn't a character, but rather a robot-i-fied version of my mate Xenomorph-Evil
