Another character for  elcid's monster fighter OC-verse!

Although she's been able to pass herself off as a human, Penny is actually a monster. That's not makeup, she actually looks that way! Penny was born to a human and a monster clown in a small town in Maine, where she pretty much spent her whole life doing her best to entertain herself and those around her. Due to her mixed heritage, she started off looking like a human, but her body heavily changed later on, revealing her true nature, which was mistaken by everyone else for her adopting an interest in her mother's profession. Even though plenty of people are frightened by her appearance and put off by her strange behavior, she doesn't seem to mind, especially since just as many seem to really adore her and she receives many compliments for her figure, and all she ever really wants to do is have fun. Well, sometimes that fun comes at the expense of others, but they're okay in the end, so she figures that there's ultimately no harm done and no need to worry. She especially loves subjecting others to cartoon antics and her fascination with balloons! Not just handing out regular balloons or making balloon animals or even doing tricks with balloons, but turning others into balloons themselves! And lately she's been hearing some rumors of some huge beast appearing up north... if she can find this creature herself, it just end up becoming her biggest, best balloon ever!
