To Ry: DnD 5e may have reduced the whole 'feat' concept, but 3.5e and Pathfinder both had a feat called 'Manyshot' that allowed you to shoot two arrows at the same target in one action. The DnD 3.5e version of the feat even allows you to go up to 4 arrows if your base attack bonus is high enough.
