This is the powered version of her Suit, The glowing portions of her armor are part of a cloaking tech that Yuki uses. Its similar to the cloaking tech a lot of Powered Space Prate Used to try getting the drop on Samus, her cloaking tech's weaknesses include both Thermal and X-Ray tech, making stealth ops hard to complete should the enemy have that kind of tech. Hard, but not impossible.
