its called an "Aggressor" plane. F-16s, F/A=18s, A-4s and F-15s are painted up in various, operational Russian fighter schemes for Top Gun air combat training. The F-15s are to look like SU-27 Flankers, the F/A=18s to look like MiG-29, the F-16s simulate both MiG-27 Floggers and MiG-21 Fishbeds.
