There needs to be more art of Marilyn in my gallery and since I don't draw anymore this will have to do for now, even if it is outdated. Mari's old design from 2003, but hey he is still a giant purple afghan hound.

No, they aren't together anymore. But I still think this picture is kind of cute even if it's old. I like fluffy puppies, that's all it comes down to really.

Awww...this makes me nostalgic. These two were my favorite character couple ever...So cute. But I love that you have Mari with another papillon now. :3 Such a sweet idea!!
There just aren't many character couples around anymore. At least not that I've seen, really. So it makes me excited that you and Chiv have Marilyn and Monroe now because I'm always inspired by interpersonal relationships between people's characters (particularly the couples!). So I look really forward to drawing them together! :)
Buhhh...man, I really, really miss drawing and seeing and making up character couples/friends/families with my furrriends. I think a big part of the reason I don't draw as much as I used to, aside from being busier than I ever have been before, is because my characters don't really have many, if any, relationships with other people's characters anymore since Mo and Ghost and Azha stopped being around. :\ You're really the only furry friend I have left who has characters that have any kind of friendship or kinship with any of mine (or who even still talks to me at all). D: Hah.
But yeah. I still absolutely adore this picture. It's always nice to see how much you've grown and improved in your art (and in your life) and to reflect back on the time when it was drawn and be all nostalgilicious and such. :P It's always a delight to see your art, old or new. So keep it coming either way! I loves you, my Jolyns. And I miss you tons.

I totally agree with you... I feel a huge part of the reason I don't draw anymore is that exact thing. When you don't have those special connections between characters you just don't get that urge to draw as much. But a big part, for me anyway, is the fact that I can't be online that much to RP and do all that... so it's hard to keep that alive. But even just having a couple you can doodle once in a while is fun, you know??
And awwwwww my Crows ;_____; I love you SO MUCH and I will never lose touch with you, EVER you hear me?? I know we haven't talked on the phone in a long time, but at least we leave comments and we do send sporadic texts. I am going to start texting you more often, ok? And you really should call me whenever is convenient for you. I am free pretty much whenever, and if I don't answer it's cause I'm in class and I'll call you right back. It is so hard losing touch with other people... I know I hardly talk to Leah or Mo anymore, either and it's so sad.
It makes me so happy you enjoy seeing this old art, and it makes me even happier knowing that through all this time we still are in touch with each other <3 I still love all your characters, I'll have you know!!! And you still should totally make a chara for Lullaby so I could doodle them together <3
