I've been dealing with a lot of inner hate and depression the last few months, and like myself Jack fears that he'll be forgotten and smudged away from existence.
Sometimes the only one who can help you feel better about yourself is yourself, you may have wonderful patient and loving people in your life but you can't start healing unless YOU want to heal.
That's where we are right now, accepting that things may not be perfect, but they're not worse, and I'm grateful.
