"Um... I-I've been wanting to ask you for a while now, but..." stammered Axel, having difficulty looking up at the beautiful tiger lamia that stood before him. "C-can I get your number? Maybe... Maybe we can hang out sometime?"

Rachel gave a small chuckle as she adjusted the trays of food that she was carrying. "I was wondering when you were going to ask me." she said, "First off, the answer is yes! And second, I'd give it to you now, but my hands are full. Let me get these orders out to you and I'll be right back!"

This is the start of what I hope will be a series of short stories featuring my characters.. Still debating on making it a comic.
