Athen's buddy Kal decided he wanted to join him for a morning swim down at the beach and he absolutely wasn't going to turn his shark friend down. Being a shark he'd make a great training partner (also seeing him in a wetsuit was a huge turn on). But as good buddies, they were no strangers to playing pranks on each other. So of course he can't pass up a golden opportunity to mess with him when it presents itself. When they got out of the water to dry off, Kal made the mistake of turning his back and not watching what Athen was doing with his towel. Don't worry he'll work it out in a second because he's gonna feel it.
Kal will probably be mad for a little while but he'll get over it, most likely when he gets his payback, but like good friends, they never stay angry at each other for long.
