Man, hopefully you can get the hitmons or lucario in black and white, if not I refuse to use a fighter. I hate how the designs started off great in red/blue/yellow and on into gold/silver/crystal and slowly got worse

Nope, for the main game, there's no Pokemon from previous generations. You have to deal with the new ones they give you until post-game. SROREH. D:

Yeah, Gen II had Gen I mons, Gen III had some from both, etc, but Black & White is LITERALLY not letting any of the past mons into it, just the new ones. Until you beat the game, obviously.

I guess they're trying to make it so we HAVE to try new Pokemon instead of sticking with the ones that we're already comfortable with, like the Abra and Gastly families, which were in like EVERY FUCKING GENERATION. It's a nice idea on paper, I suppose. :V
