Looks like it's time to get the blowtorch. Bolts can't get stuck if they're liquid.

Ah, the humble Peugeot 205.
It´s been a while since I saw one on the road, and even back then they were always beaters.
Funniest story with a 205 I remember was many years ago at one of those events of the Bundeswehr where they showed off their military equipment. They ran over a beat up 205 with an Leopard 2 MBT at full speed. The tank didn´t even jump while turning the car into a metal pizza. A really old bloke next to me said: "Yep, thats how we did it in 1940."
Made me spit out my soda laughing.

Never experienced a 205 directly except maybe on the passenger side when I was young (boy did I ride in Clios though), but I still know this car is kinda overrated. Never saw one without anything wrong going with it. Still a nice looking car though.

I know what went wrong.
One lower the car and loosen the lug nut until they start to move with the wheels on the ground. Then jack the car up and remove the lug nuts. The blow torch will do nothing unless it it mapp gas. Ody-Ascending burns hot enough to melt steel or, with the right tip to loosen the nuts. Also, where is the long pipe to get more torque.
Great idea, read the owners manual or a repair manual first.
