Popsy Poodle is a balloonie Furfrou mime at the flying circus in the Galar region. His acts mainly involve a mix of traditional miming, physical slapstick, occasional musical performance, and balloon art. He mainly performs with his boyfriend Topsy. He is completely mute and speaks via twisting himself into different shapes (due to him being a balloon) or through sign language. Sometimes he wishes he could be a heavy metal star as a guitarist.
