Caring for a child is a lot of work, doubly so when said child is a skunk; well aware of this fact, Elizabeth arranges a babysitter for her daughter, Emily, deciding a day to herself is much needed and well deserved after dealing with an energetic toddler and being on diaper duty for days on end. Sure, such a day between the baby skunk and the babysitter will have its fair share of full diapers, though fun times await for the two of them.
Just a silly story I wanted to get out of my system while working on comms and raffle prizes.

Another delightfully cute story. You certainly can't go wrong having an energetic tot be with a playful babysitter.

What is most notable in this adventure is how we get to see how important it is for parents to get moments to themselves. It is not something to do overly frequently, but really can get the batteries recharged for being at their best with their little one(s).
I also liked how the babysitter, Maya, was properly acquainted with Emily's mom. There is not anything wrong in hiring a random babysitter who comes with some level of recommendation, but Elizabeth seems to want to be 110% sure that her daughter is with the right person for their child. This is especially true if Liz had planned to be gone throughout the majority of the day.

<LoL!> Emily comes off, to me, as a more educated take on VULLABY. I bet the two would get along quite nicely should their paths ever cross. Both are perky, jovial, and find fun in doing what they do in their diapers.
I now wonder, given VULLABY and Emily appear to have single parents, how often, if ever, SWANNA gives such opportunities to MUZZARD? The first story in the little vulture's adventures had SWANNA playing a key role in boosting VULLABY's comfort and cheerfullness. The story also presented enough information to inform the reader that SWANNA and MUZZARD have known each other quite well. Perhaps, when whatever happened to make MUZZARD single, SWANNA decided to be neighborly and offer to help the mother of the baby vulture while she adapted to being a single mom? It also makes me think on the second story and how it goes into more detail of the relationship SWANNA has with the mother vulture and her child.

Considering those who interact with a little one who are not immediate family, I think it is a good lesson to show just how having someone 'reliable' and 'trustworthy' swoop in to keep an eye on the little one is a perfect idea. This gives the youngster someone fun and different to play and learn from while mom and/or dad get the chance to be what they were prior to 24 / 7 parent(s).

Sorry if I write too much. I just really get inspired by your work and, as such, share to just show you how it is helping me rebuild my creative energies. By no means are my comments ever in need of being replied to. Moreover, I assure you that I am not expecting you to read any of my works. I comment to that which makes me feel happy and inspired. More importantly, as I have learned through the years, "You should do things because you want to and not out of expectation of anything in exchange.".

My last remark, as I know this is long enough as is, goes to how all the little tots in your stories show unique personalities verbally, intellectually, creatively, and in how they go about fudging their Huggies. It is silly to think of using a diaper for its intended purpose as a character trait, but your work shows that it can be. So just more proof on how there are many ways in which one can illustrate 'self-expression'.

Oh, your comments aren’t a problem at all! I always enjoy reading them!
I like that you described Emily’s diaper usage as a character trait, cause that was more or less the intention given said character is a skunk. On top of that, I wanted to use diaper usage as a way of accentuating her innocent and carefree character, as portraying her as someone so full of joy that even the act of dropping loads in her diapers is something she does with a smile on her face.
Essentially, I wrote this story not only to describe some silly scenarios that can arise with dirty diapers (I.E. Dropping another load right before/right after a diaper change), but also to show that you can write stories with notable amounts of diaper usage and still make it work as long as you have something to offset it, something to make your diaper usage scenes more than just fetish fuel (hence why I added cute conversations between Emily and Maya during the diaper changes as well as having some of them take place in different locations, essentially allowing such scenes to serve as bonding experiences between the baby and their babysitter.)

And you succeeded in all that you set forth to accomplish in this story. However, now having read quite a few of your stories, I must share that over 90% of your stories could be easily modified to meet the 'Status Quo' for Children's Literature. Perhaps, one day, you may consider compiling some of your stories into a self-published book of adventures for young kids and/or their parents to read? I really and truly believe that it would make for minimum effort with maximum reward, if just to see and own a non-digital collection, of your stories.
I have a few self-published works through www.lulu.com. My best pal has made this all possible and, despite not having any success to note of beyond being able to get printed copies of my 'Welcome to Saurral Manor' and 'Further Realms' experimental series, I can say that, even with no profit, knowing even '1' person thought to buy a copy to try it out would be most awesome. :)

What I will definitely compliment on is how you do super awesome in character-driven stories. You bring out everyone, especially the protagonist, in ways that are believable beyond the boundaries of the story. This makes it easy for someone to create 'fan fiction' and/or simply take a character they liked and expand upon the world your characters are within during the course of your stories.

Keep up the great work! I'm eager to use the inspiration I've gotten from reading your stories over this past month to get back to writing mine. You've given me a lot of great ideas to ensure I write more, doubt less, and maximize enjoyment of those who take the time to read my stories through. :)

You know, that's a good point about how both Elizabeth and Mandibuzz are single moms. I do wonder if that'll be explored in later stories, especially regarding Elizabeth since she and Emily seem to have become mainstay characters (not at all a bad thing though; Emily is adorable!). My only worry is that it'd be a bit too serious for the relatively-innocent tone of Emolga's stories, is all. Again though, they're a talented writer, so I don't doubt that they could pull it off!
Also glad that you mentioned the Vullaby story. That one is one of my favorites!
