This is Disco, a Sno Glo fox...a variation breed of the Arctic fox. He is a taxidermy plush, or soft-mounted taxidermy piece.
Disco was a ranched, fur farm reject...like Limelight. Because his coat was not up to standards, foxes like these are often "tossed". I try to snatch them up whenever I can to preserve them for taxidermy rather then them going to waist.
I did not kill this animal.

Well, when it comes to prepping a skin for taxidermy special measures are made when the animal is skinned, before it goes into the tan. The same measures aren't made for garment skins seeing as they are just going to be cut up for clothing items. And, once the animal tanned, there are some things you can't always back track, like how the animal was originally skinned and cared for prior to tanning. I'm able to make some adjustments to the skin, but it's never as effective as properly preparing it in the first place.
