A while back in the Fediverse
xolroc encouraged people to consider having six legs. That seemed all right for your basic centaur body plan but I wasn't sure how to make it something more distinctly, you know, me. And now? I think I've got an angle on it.
What I really wanted was a different angle, but I couldn't figure how to make that pose work. So this is warming up to maybe figuring it out. It's also brought me to looking for art of the Star Trek Animated series's Lieutenant Arex. I think the key is the center arm can't just be there, it has to grow out of something shoulder-y enough. This insight is probably common among multifur artists but it's new to me, and maybe it will help someone else. It's getting me closer to the picture I want to draw too.
