I just had to do this drawing, when I'd learned about another food item that has been manipulated in the laboratory. Years ago, it was genetically-altered corn, which was used mainly in the mass production of taco shells. And now, it's genetically-engineered salmon - a sort of 'superfish', if you will...
Well, I couldn't think of salmon without thinking about one of the major furry consumers of this piscatorial repast: Tolstoy the bear. (I'm sure you've seen pictures of the burly bruin downing whole barrels of salmon in the past.)
So, naturally, my bobcat 'fursona' was concerned about whether or not these lab rat fish were safe for anyone to eat. So, he approached Tolstoy and asked him if he ate any salmon. The bear replied "no" with a straight face... unfortunately, said straight face was found in a new location!
(And BTW, that face isn't upside-down. The eyes, nose, and mouth are all right-side-up, but not in its proper order. Just so you all know...)

I've lost track, but I think this has been the third or fourth rendering of you in the last ten years. (I'll have to double-check my "FA" gallery, as well as my gallery in "The Round House", just to be sure.) And I hope to do more renderings of this ilk (and this bulk) in the near future!
Well, Kira, it was a toss-up between morphing Tolstoy's face onto his belly, or giving him two heads, and I chose the former. I'll want to save the latter situation for another character who eats too many tacos - the shells of which are made from genetically-altered corn!
Actually, there was a similar gag in a "Spongebob Squarepants" episode, when he and Patrick met King Neptune for the first time. Patrick acted rude to the King, who (in turn) all but destroyed him. Spongebob asked Neptune to return the starfish to his normal self, and (in the process) ended up with his face on his butt. I'd decided to concentrate on the belly - reorganizing the facial features in a bizarre manner. I hope this answers your question, RoverKid!
