Inspired by the usual afternoon babble-fest, this time talking about costume designs for characters. I was trying, and failing, to describe this top, which I *think* is called a bandeau or wrap. The objective was a clothing design that looked like Nikki was in emminent danger of falling out of at all times. or conversely that she could fall out of at will. I think I've developed a thing for that tongue of hers.
