This is Kaleb, my next-door neighbor turning into a German Shepherd

Kaleb ran our to my house and wanted to play basketball with me, I ran outside with him and Kaleb had the ball with him already, so we played for about 1 hour and 15 minutes together, he made it from the close to the basket and I shot the three pointers, so we each had one more shot to take, so while I was shooting my last 5 three pointers but only 3 of them went in, Kaleb just sat on the porch and just watched, Kaleb don't know his arms started to hurt and he saw fur coming up on his skin, his legs and arms had fur running up them the same time, along with his hands and feet turning into paws, his ears started to point up on his head, but when he was trying to call me for help, he was barking over his words then I turned and realized it myself, he was on all fours and the tail started to grow from his bottom and he looked at me and I took care of him, but Kaleb's parents and teacher was worried about him.
