Ooh, good luck with painting it! I like the look of C, particularly. I've enjoyed using some colour-shift (especially turboshift, from Turbo Dork) paints.

Thank! Ive seen those paints theyre pretty, the only issue being i dont have an airbrush, haha. I do it by hand and sometimes tattle can for certain lacquers. Those paints seem geared for airbrushes I don't know how even they'd come out on a brush. Let me know if im wrong though, because I totally would try them.

They do come out especially smooth with an airbrush, and supposedly if you do very even crosshatched layers with a brush they can look quite good (they've got a video showing it), but on a gunpla I've found that's hard to attain. Still, it winds up with a really interesting texture when doing perpendicular layers, I quite like the effect. Definitely would be something you use on a practice kit first though. I've got some pics of a PG Strike that I did up entirely with those paints. Don't have the best camera, but you can see a bit of the texture I think.

Ah crosshatch coats, didn't think of that, I guess that'd be good for metallics too maybe?

Yeah I'll look into it more, I've plenty of kits to use for practice like that, might do it to my zollidia at some point.

B stands out the best. The different colors make it pop (especially the Orange accents) and the overall color theory flows well. Though the head is a little blank.

Thanks :D yeah ive been leaning towards this one, but was unsure if maaaybe the other two might stand out more. The head is a bit monotone yeah i might break that up with making the v fin a brighter or more metallic color, maybe orange too (or maybe copper) or the dark blue.

Oh a custom Gundam Model? is it a Kit Bash or a Resin Conversion? What scale is it 1/144(HG and RG) or 1/100(90's HG, MG)?

Oh it's a hg kitbash, resin is not an option until I get a properly ventilated workstation lol. It's a put together of the lightning Gundam, ZII, REZEL, seltsam arms, and various other misc parts.

Oh okay. And I'm taking that this MS is able to switch between Mobile and Waverider modes?

i actually have not worked out a transformable mode, i suppose i could fudge one, i still dont have the paint i need so i might as well mess with it at some time until then. i could use one of the partsforming blocks to stick things onto from the rezel or ZII.

Okay then and that would be a good idea to do while waiting on the paint.
