Oh yeah they are, in fact younger furryweebs turning their favorite anime characters into cartoon dogs is such a thing that it's explicitly against the rules of Toyhouse (an OC site) and they're called dekudogs because like half of them are BNA characters lol You can find people turning all their favorite anime boys into furries if you look.
