Dear my customer.

I'm sad to announce increasing in price on art commissions at the start of the year. Recently, Paypal has announced the change in their policies in Thailand, which comes with a bit of complication. And as I have to deal with this I found the old price is not sustainable for me anymore. I've been staying the same price for 3 years though, and I would love to stay for longer but with more financial burden rushing in, I have no choice but to increase my income to sustain my living expense.
