Rose is a shy poke gal hybrid between that’s part lugia, primarina and milotic. Smart and kind with strong psychic powers. She works as a researcher and for the preservation of small human/anthro civilizations. After the recent discovery of these smaller civilizations, many have become prey to other larger beings for selfish reasons leading to the planet’s and inhabitants' end. With Rose’s world’s superior technology, they created multiple sanctuary-like areas to house the less fortunate and less technologically advanced civilizations, in which she is in charge of one.

Rose always found the inner workings of smaller creatures fascinating though these are much more sentient than the ones she’s used too. Her psychic powers made interacting and manipulating these worlds. At first she was only a passive observer in which the small inhabitants had no awareness of her presence. The idea of having so many people focusing on her made her anxious, no matter how small they were. She’s still dedicated to her work and the more she studied them, the more interested she became, and the more willing she was to communicate with them. When her group asked for volunteers in researching the effects of a ‘benevolent’ party for the development of some newly recovered planets, Rose, to everyone's surprise, volunteered.
