People really piss me off sometimes!!!! Some man had the nerve to come in and tell us he has had two cougar cubs for three weeks, would not give his name or the reason he had these cuties in the first place. We suspect he killed the mother and then found the two babies <,-.->
they are now safely at a different rehab facility hopefully going to be released when they get big enough =^.^=

Oh my god, that little one is so cute, how could anyone do something like that?! If you ever find out who he is and want to avenge them, I'll be more then willing to help. Any form of animal cruelty is wrong, no matter what. I'm so happy to know that they're going to be okay...
Gods, sorry, just... he's so adorable, I just can't believe someone would do that...

OH MY GOD. They are adorable! Cougars are such amazing cats, but by god cougar cubs are adorable!
Too bad he didn't give his name, and I'm suspecting it was over the phone he said that. I'd have called the Local wildlife/Environmental police and let them know that he supposedly 'Found' them, but gave no reason how, and at least to check him out or keep an eye on him in the future.
Too many people will take baby animals from the wild and think they can keep them as pets for their kids, and don't realize that one generation does not make a domestication. Three weeks may have been pushing it, but glad you did get them, hopefully they can be fully rehabilitated.

Totally adorable, I wouldn't be to mad at the guy, sounds like he knew the right place to take them and no one really knows what happened to the mother. Coulda been as simple as he was dumb enough to think he was going to rescue them or something then was fearful of being ticketed to being in possession of such animals. I've seen people given tickets for dumber things when they thought they where trying to do a good deed. If he where a cruel gentleman he would have just killed them and tossed them out in a garbage can. At least he found the right place to bring them. I just saw a guy ticket here for closing his gate and "trapping a gator" when he noticed it had some sort of debris caught to itself and he called to try to get it help was all. So maybe give the person the benefit of the doubt :)
