Here we've got a vigilante this time, IED, short for both Improvised Explosive Device and Intermittant Explosive Disorder(aka anger management problems.) Both are fitting for her. With trouble keeping her anger in check and a power that boosts the strength and durability of those around her and herself, with an equal increase in their own anger. Needless to say she had trouble trying to join up with proper heroing agencies.

Lucky for her, Authority has ways to help focus her powers more than any regular training could. :3
