It's a pain to sew them on though because I have to do it by hand. So worth it though. ^^

I do, but the seams on the ears are too tight to unstitch so I have to sew decals such as these by hand. If I wasn't using a premade hat it would be much easier because I could just incorporate it in using a machine, but I don't want to waste fabric.

how much for a small color change im guessin it depends on fabric

It depends on what colour you want. If the base colour is still orange, then it would only be $15 plus shipping, but if the base colour is different then it would count as a commission and be $30.
