So content satisfaction and being uninformed or uneducated. I could insert a relational analogy with todays politics but instead I'll redirect your attention to history...
This seems to be similar to when Peace was in Greek times (Alexander the Great, Aristotle) except it bred education and a hunger for WAR XD
