After turning into an Opossum life has gotten very stressful. I thought becoming an anthropomorphic animal would be great.
Instead I sent tons of money alternating my pants and underwear. Wasn’t as easy as get a pair of scissors and cut a hole. Learned the hard way that if you bent down you’ll just end up completely tearing pants open. I can’t just be naked, even if it was allowed that’s still pretty awkward.
The weird feeling of wearing clothes that bunch and pull at your fur gets some getting used too. I fight the urge to not drop my tail. I don’t want it to touch the nasty ground. I mean would you want to walk barefoot in NYC?
Too add insult to injury, people keep thinking I’m a rat or mouse. I once was eating a slice of pizza and someone yelled “hey look. It’s pizza rat” haha very funny.
I decided to take up smoking. I don’t know why? I thought it would help de-stress me… I’m just tired of all the stares and questions.
**What if life after transformation wasn’t all you imagined? What do you think would be some downsides of a post transformation life?**

The downsides of a transformation are really thought-provoking.
An easy one to point out is that there are some things that are built for human hands. Even if you end up with anthro hands like this, some objects will still be harder to use.
And if you get claws too, then you've gotta get used to trying to not scratch up everything you own...
