How? Is it the marks around the eyes and mouth, or the text of the shirt? Because those are supposed to be impish and snarky, respectively.

A little of everything, really. The marks, the text, her vaguely nervous hand positions, and I got a sort of sense of pathos with her pair of normal-fur pants which only covered her rear legs.
