Last year I got to draw a bunch of Pokémon characters transformed into Pokémon that'd fit their personalities or styles.
Usually one would see the Hex Maniac from Pokémon to be transformed into a ghost Pokémon, but what if she was to turn into a type that is effective against ghosts? I've never drawn swirly eyes, they're kinda fun. She's not hypnotized, though. I think.
I really like how that dress came out, tho.
