Her name is Carol Cerula. She's a model and designer for burgeonist fashion in the modern era; having clothes that fit an any size and still look good while doing so!
She's a permaberry with an unusually low chronic cycle; annually. Hence she needs peps and fruitifier boosts to get up to a proper size. While any other berry would kill for such a low chronic rate, it's a bit of a curse for her as she loves to be huge all the time and the pep-ups kinda pace that.
