Hello, Teebs again with more world-building. This time it was a concept of a labratory inspired off of alchemy and traditional fantasy ideas mixed in with modern elements. Much of the equipment mirrors what you would find from classic experiments and glassware. Lit by torch and candlelight, along rustic and overgrown walls. A handful of runes power the various pieces of equipment with the help of mana gems. Fire runes for heating, ice runes for cooling, green runes for incubation, earth runes used to measure and weigh components, and a wind rune for proper venting. Original idea was to have Teebs with an assistant carrying a little vat of goo, an experimental physical form of magical affiliated with the void and dangerous magic. Of course our gryphon would want to experiment on such a fronteir of science! I always preferred the more engineering and mechanistic magical fantasy over something like harry potter/narnia where its a collision between two contrasting worlds instead, as it gives you a better idea of how technology and magic would have grown side by side and how many innovations would not need to happen (like electricity) if magic was already a useful tool/power source.
