Ah....Finally done! It's been some time since I've been able to work on this one but I've been busting to finish it. The lighting was such a challenge but so enjoyable! Pieces like this make me never want to stop doing this kind of work ever, despite where I end up eventually.
These are my boys. Renan to the left, Peacock in the middle and Christian to the right. They have been featured in other pieces in my gallery so if you're curious you can read more there. It's nice to finally do a pic with them all.

Please do not use this artwork for anything, I've put a LOT of work into this. Thanks so much!

When I use the word "sir" I do not attach a gender. It's a sign of respect, ma'am. I apologize if I offended you. Using logic, I did guess that you were female beforehand because of your use of the words, "These are my boys." The only way you would say that is if you were female or African-American. Seeing as no African-Americans use your style of vernacular any longer, aside from the fact that you are more than likely from Australia or The UK (As a side note, I would assume that Australia is more likely), you must be of the female persuasion.
Anywho, back to the piece. Your use of the pieces light-source is amazingly well done. It looks very realistic. If you worked at it even more, then I am sure you could make it look even more so. However, the piece is fine the way it is. On a scale of 1-10, it's an 8 on the realism spectrum. The more I look at it, the more I like it and the more I am impressed. You would do well as an artist for Magic: The Gathering or book covers, methinks.

No, no...totally no offense!!! I've just had a few people assume that. It's totally cool!
Cheers for the comment and points for improvement. I dare say I'll rejig this a few times in the next couple of days but sometimes I don't like to go uber-realistic. I sometimes like to keep a stylised or painterly feel. Thanks again.

I have seven cats. Six females and one male. When I refer to them or call them I use the word "guys". "Come on guys, time to eat" or "What have you guys been doing while I have been out of the house?!" They don't seem to mind since they know I am using it in a genderless way .
Regards the artwork, with very little effort I could imagine it to be a promotional poster for an up-coming adventure movie featuring Renan, Peacock and Christian. All it would need would be a title across the top. Something like “The Return of Jeddibub’s Boys”.
Incidentally, what medium did you use for this work?
