This was made in Adobe Illustrator. I love the Kingdom Hearts series and played every game. When I saw Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep lying in the store, I was immediatly reminded of my previous KH adventures.

This picture was inspired by the Kingdom Hearts games and  assassino's cool artwork. (hope you don't mind)

Here's Kendei's backstory, because i felt like writing out of nowhere.

Kendei is part of the Old Kingdom-Clan and one of the very rare Red Wolfs. He always looked up to the Clan's leader, Sojikah, who was a Keyblade-Master. Kendei asked many times before he was accepted as his student. Still, despite all the hard training and endless metitating, he could not summon a Keyblade. When evildoers unleashed a swarm of Heartless upon his Clan all the Members, including Kendei's parents, were taken hostage. The mysterious being who set loose all the Heartless sensed Kendei had a dark, unknown force deep inside his heart. Therefore, he decided to drive it out... by killing Sojikah. Upon seeing his master, and closest friend being murdered before his eyes, the dark force inside Kendei's heart took all of his sadness, hate and anger to become the shadow you see now. Because of the dark force's growth in strength, Kendei was able to summon his Keyblade and charge at the mysterious being. But it had already vanished... Right after that, he swore to get his parents and the members back. And avenge Sojikah's death. After hearing this, the dark force spoke to Kendei. Saying that, even though it was created by Kendei's negative feelings and thought's (little that there were), it would assist him in his quest. Many questions about the Dark Force are still unanwsered, but Kendei will figure it all out... someday.
