The most beautiful part of any transformation is when the subject is nearing their last moments of humanity.
This will the last of these uploads until I draw more stuff (Who knows when that'll be XD). With this one, I wanted to experiment with the idea of keeping the hair a little later into the transformation. I typically have it fall out during the earlier stages, but I kind of like how this turned out.
Feedback is appreciated, as always :)

No joke, these drawings of yours have reminded me how great simple yet masterful black and white lineart can be! I'll have to take the time to experiment with it myself and not always feel compelled to color my drawings because it's not always necessary for a great tf :)
Sketches are simple, yet effective. c: I do wish to color some of the stuff I draw, but it'll likely have to wait until I upgrade my art setup. The app I'm using to draw on my phone is a bit wonky when it comes to coloring, and I'm unsure if it's just the display providing inaccurate colors.
Hmm, the neck is perhaps a bit thick compared to the head, is my only observation? Makes the head look quite small and immobile. I like how he's turning out though! Curious what the final result would look like now...
So, is this a sequel to Doodle 002 or 003? I suppose it may depend whether the wings are what's keeping it SFW or not :D

Yep! Heads going to be the last thing to change so it's a little out of proportion. I've always loved the idea of the head finishing the transformation. In this example, it's symbolic of the apprehension of the change. He's struggling between how much he's enjoying what's happening and the fear he will be consumed by his instincts. The needs of his body are slowly overwhelming his mind. Otherwise saying, yes. Those wings are covering up something XD
As for if this is a sequel to any of the others, not exactly. :P It is a later stage in the transformation, but it can't really be the same sequence because he still has a lot of his hair. I just kind of doodled this one day after the others to experiment keeping hair further in.

I mainly use this image of my dragon for reference, and then I base the anatomy on what my interpretation of a wyvern would be based on anything from the dragons in Game of Thrones, to a mix of several artists here on FA, including the artist I just linked.
The design took about 7 years to settle on, he was originally a western dragon. Eventually I changed him over to a wyvern and had my friend help me give him a Game of Thrones vibe. The character is built around a complex fire breathing system that aims to give more depth to how he's able to breathe fire. Despite having vents on the chest, I felt like his chest looked empty, so this doodle was during the "Should I go full game of thrones?" experimentation phase with the feathered chest scales. I didn't stick, which was probably for the better. They were a hassle to draw and made my character feel like a copy and paste.
I've drawn for 2.5 but the dragon himself had been a work in progress for several years. He had always just been this idea in my head that I explored but never had an actual image to bring it to life. Once I started drawing, I drew it the best I could then handed that off to a friend to help design him further.
