OUTDATED - DO NOT REFERENCE OR USE
Okay, some of my viewers might have noticed that I created a new folder in my gallery for my Dino daycare idea, along with a subfolder called "Team Hell Creek" which has been sitting empty for quite some time, that's because this picture took an immensely long time to make.
Going through things like color, designs, and clothing for these five wasn't easy, as I needed to consider lots of things like silhouettes, clashing colors, believable outfits, simple enough designs that could be drawn over and over again, and if these characters could be easily identified from afar, as they are the main characters of the series I also needed to make sure they looked good too!
Anyways, here's Team Hell Creek! They're the most adventurous group in the daycare, and love playing pretend with each other! Often imagining that they're going on wild adventures whether it be through space, deep within a jungle, or even across the sea. They love to see themselves as a rescue team, going around the world and helping other kids with their problems!
The team consists of...
Tracy
Gender: Female
Age: 5
Species: Triceratops horridus
A Smart and strong willed Triceratops who's often considered the team leader and usually puts herself in charge of what the kids currently doing, her friends love playing along with her and taking her advice even if she can be a little bossy at times... She also has a really, really, really deep fascination with unicorns, and tends to include them in as many things as she can regardless of context.
Max
Gender: Male
Age: 5
Species: Dakotaraptor steini
A hyperactive and highly imaginative Dakotaraptor, Max is usually the idea kid, he often comes up with the craziest and wackiest plans for the team's play sessions, he also loves telling jokes and playing pranks which makes kids laugh, and adults annoyed. Max is a smart kid with a love of Lego, often creating things like spaceships, trucks, and guns out of them. His talents have made him quite the popular kid at the daycare!
Dash
Gender: Female
Age: 4
Species: Stygimoloch spinifer
When it comes to play, no one does so harder than Dash! The competitive Stygimoloch loves a good challenge and a game to test her skills, with a love of ball games, especially soccer. Although despite her competitive nature, she isn't known to be the best sport, as Dash is shown to absolutely hate losing, usually throwing a tantrum if she doesn't get her win. Still, she's quite the one to beat!
Clay
Gender: Male
Age: 4
Species: Ankylosaurus magniventris
Clay can be quite the shy one... The Ankylosaurus has been observed to be very quiet and prefers to play by himself, only joining the other kids if they're going on one of their 'grand adventures', he's said to be rather strange, usually seen acting out his wild, imaginative daydreams, waving his arms about about and muttering to himself, it's like whatever he's dreaming about is more fascinating than anything that's going on around him. Interestingly, Clay is shown to have shockingly impressive artistic skills, and many kids in the daycare are often wowed by his creations, such as his drawings and paintings.
Brittany
Gender: Female
Age: 3 and a half
Species: Tyrannosaurus Rex
I think we all know about Brittany... she's a spoiled brat with a princess complex who gets very fussy if things don't go her way, she's disliked by most of the kids in the daycare because of her attitude, and the other members of her team often consider her a menace.
Tracy has a bit of a rivalry with Brittany and the two have been known to spar and argue with each other over many issues frequently. Clay is absolutely terrified of her as she loves bullying him for the way he acts. Dash often tries to fight her for picking on Clay as the two are good friends, although she has never won a single match against Brittany. Max is the only member who seems to have a decent relationship with her as the two aren't really antagonistic to each other, and have been shown to get along at times.
Although Brittany isn't always the villain of the story, and she usually just minds her own business with things like drawing or playing with toys, sometimes she has neutral interactions with the team, sometimes she's surprisingly helpful, and sometimes she's even a full on good dinosaur who plays along without any complications! It really depends on a lot of things... But she seems to act out the most if something doesn't go her way, or if she can't have something.
And yes, Brittany is really that huge! When I mentioned she was about the height of a first-grader, I really meant it. I feel a lot of people underestimate just how flipping massive she is, although that could be my fault as I haven't done a good job at showcasing her size.

Kazootles! The fact that I go through submissions backwards makes seeing this after commenting on the one with the 'undies' makes these characters all the more lovable!

I remember Britany. So, so far, I did read about her and saw her in action. No doubt Tracy does not get along with her as, from what I can tell, they are both 'leader figures' / 'assert authority. Having two leaders together in the same group can certainly lead to conflicts.
***
I truly see why this took so long. There is a LOT of effort put into the development of the characters and their day-to-day adventures. I also can say that, for me, I feel a lovable amount of inspirational references from multiple sources of media played a part in making this group of dinos unique while remaining familiar enough to catch the attention of a caretaker who may otherwise dismiss the series without getting a touch of nostalgia in how everything is designed.
Great job!

I pre-wrote a bunch of visual descriptions in case you saw this, here they are:
Tracy is a Triceratops colored in different shades of blue ranging from bright to navy, she has pink-colored eyes, and she wears a red short-sleeved jacket over a white jumper, and on top of all that she wears a pair of beige skirtalls. She also wears a pair of cyan and pink panties with a unicorn print.
Max is a Dakotaraptor covered in feathers ranging from shades of orange to red, he has Green eyes, and wears a mostly purple outfit consisting of a purple baseball cap with a white front, a gray long sleeved shirt under a purple hooded jacket with white sleeves, and a pair of light purple-blue shorts. He wears a pair of white briefs with purple elastic for undies.
Dash is yellow and pink Stygimoloch with lavender eyes, she wears a teal zipper vest over a pink T-shirt. While she usually wears a pair of light gray shorts, they have been known to fall off quite frequently as Dash doesn't know how to tie the strings up properly. She also wears a pair of purple and white training pants for girls.
Clay is a coffee and chocolate colored Ankylosaurus with reddish brown eyes, he wears a puffy sky blue vest, over a short sleeved orange turtleneck. He also never wears pants, leaving his pampers styled white and light-teal diapers constantly exposed.
Brittany is a dark and olive green T-Rex with a pale yellow underbelly and red eyes. She wears a (possibly real) gold crown with a diamond shaped ruby embedded in it, she also wears a frilly pink princess dress with another ruby embedded just under the collar, and silky white gloves. Her skirt is always too short and always leaves a small peak of her purple luvs styled diapers exposed.

Oh, wow! Reading these makes me love these characters even more!
The character I did not notice before was 'Dash'. My mind thought, given how my 'text-To-Speech' software works, it was a " - ". I did have a feeling it was a character, but I now know it is and not just my screen reader playing tricks on me. :)
Dash's trouble with tying her shorts properly is adorably endearing. Having her training pants reveal themselves while she is going about having fun with her friends would make for some cute 'Comic Relief'. You also can have each episode show her getting closer-and-closer to getting those troublesome ties to stay on properly until some random event makes them come loose and cause a bit of a change in the current moment depending on what is going on with the other kids when her shorts fail her.
You could also have an episode where it is heavily implied that she succeeded in tying her shorts up to only have it backfire when she can't loosen them enough to go potty.
Dash's trials and tribulations in mastering the potty and the ties on her shorts would make for a great sub-plot that runs over the course of the series. :)

I feel you put a ton of love into the design of Tracy. She stands out and, like Littlefoot, has what it takes to rise to the occasion when her friends need someone to put Britany in her place, provide encouragement, settle disputes, etc.
Maybe, being a Triceratops, she sees her horn as being magical like the ones the Unicorns she reads about and watches on TV? She could even have a sub-plot of 'using her magic' that was gifted to her by the Unicorn who helped her master the potty? An episode where she is without her Unicorn panties would be most interesting in how it could teach Tracy she has her own 'magic' and that she does not need her special underpants to be the friend everyone in the daycare knows and loves. :)

Clay is fun for just being himself. I imagine that, in looking back on your youth and how it helped develop his character, you feel yourself smiling for how carefree he is and how he has yet to feel the concerns of being teased, left out, etc. for being just who he is.
***
Max appeals to me for his color scheme and comedic personality. Having my tween and teen years spent in the 1990s, I imagine his hat being turned backwards.
I do believe he and Dash would be a great pair in keeping tension low through their respective personalities and how their character traits just have ways in which can serve as a 'Wild Card' during any adventure.
***
Britany is just an all-around antagonist. She, to me, would be the product of merging Cera from LBT with Dac from Dino Babies. It is hard to predict when she will do something to upset one of the other kids in the daycare, but you know for sure that it is only a matter of time before she stops being nice and acts unfriendly to the others.
I wonder if there is ever a time we see how she became such a brat? There are always reasons behind her type of behavior. Maybe her parents treat her like a 'Special Snowflake'? Maybe she has insecurities brought on by her parents always giving her things instead of spendimg genuine time bonding with her? There are lots of ways in which this rascal of a T-Rex could be more than just the daycare bully.

Again, thanks for the additional info. I hope you did not mind me thinking out loud when it came to each character. My imagination just goes wild when sparked the right way. :)

Hell Creak
Clay gets mixed and sculpted by Carl [me who's 15]
Tracy gets traced [duh]
Max builds a set of Legos of a llama that's the size of this daycare. When Carl checks it, they placed the wrong peice, so Carl kills him.
Dash gets on a race with sonic, and the flash, guess what flash won, but sonic and the flash beat up dash..
Brittany is stuck in a cube with Tommy from regrets, they first didn't care but they bonded, as they hate the potty they starved for the whole time until they potties
They wanted to die, peacefully, Brittany wakes up from her interview with the llama.

If you allow me to overthink a little: Max and Britney being mostly friendly actually makes sense if you think about Dakota and T Rex’s likely didn’t go after the same prey so thier is no reason for conflict and Raptors are outside of Rex’s prey range anyways
Obviously I doubt you thought that when making this but I still think it is intresting.
