Well, I learned something today, much like you have!

With the anthro version of Lycanrock's day form as he does have a very fluffy mane, I imagine it's possible those rock spikes could be on a collar he's wearing that's otherwise concealed from view beneath his mane.

He doesn't look to be too angry or discomforted with his situation so petting him probably would be safe enough though a bit awkward with the spikes for stroking the mane or under the chin. He is shirtless though and quite fluffy so I imagine tummy rubs might be safer as long as he's not too ticklish. If he ends up wriggling around then there's watching out for those spikes again.

yup. The mane with the ocks is kind of a problem. A collar with spikes would sound plausible though. The mane also was the reason why I didn´t add any clothes to the upper body.

So belly rubs would be the best choice^^

At least if one did want to pet a Lycanrock's head, the night form does have the fluffy pompadour mane.

I imagine that these anthro Lycanrock's could be brothers, having taken different career paths as rock star and explorer respectively. Maybe at this moment they might both be wondering how the other is doing, though probably not expecting they'd both be a little tied up at the moment.

A closer look reveal that they are mirroring the other Lycanrock´s position plus the nightform is dark in front of a bright background the day form is bright in front of a darker background

I could take a nap on that stomach anytime. But it'd probably require more bindings as it doesn't seem he would allow it. Those anthro Lycanrocks you draw are awesome!
I like those simple shorts, the kind of shorts I like my characters to wear while on exploration missions. By any chance, is that Lycanrock an explorer of some sort ?

probabkly not, because an anthro version for the dusk form would be almost the same like the day form, except the mane design would look different

the reason is the mane with the rocks. It makes it not plausible for the character to wear casual clothes on the upper body

While logical, I can't help but stare at the muscles >3> I would love to make sure he us "comfortable" as he stays~

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, except the mystery, will be how he'll escape from the said dungeon.

Though a friendly guy who enjoyed the company of others, Lycanrock was a little on the cautious side and perhaps coming across as shy to others. Those rocky spikes amidst his mane were exceptionally sharp, also making it rather inconvenient and difficult to wear anything like a shirt or jacket. Given his thick fur though there was relatively little need for him to do so.

That fur though was just as warm and soft as it would look, particularly the mane and around his belly and would be very pleasant to stroke. He would be quite happy to be given belly rubs or allow his mane to be stroked, if not for the fact that he was rather ticklish, tending to squirm and thrash which with those spikes would be dangerous. The last thing he wanted was to end up hurting someone.

So it was that it came to this unconventional arrangement, letting himself be bound to restrict his movements while ensuring he was in a comfortable position, with a cleave gag to muffle any noise since he did tend to literally howl with laughter. The one who would administer the belly rub was also clad in full armour aside from gauntlets, thus ensuring they'd also be safe from any accidental impalements.

With this unorthodox arrangement, Lycanrock was at last assured he could enjoy a belly rub in reasonable safety.
