A Latias that answers to "Radi" or "Radiance." She is quiet and tends to take conversations literally, but she is not antagonistic.
She can fly the same as any Latias, but she also has the ability to read and absorb data through her hands. It's a rather helpful ability, assuming she doesn't absorb too much...
The red and blue stripes running up and down her body may glow different colors depending on her mood. If her mood ever changes, anyway.
