This is a yinglet, a fictional race from a webcomic I read recently called Out-Of-Placers. One of the main human characters gets turned into one of these, and the comic’s author does a really good job of describing the quirks of adjusting to the new body, culture, etc. Lots of interesting worldbuilding.

For example, zhe configuration of zheir teezh prevents zhem from making zhe ‘T-H’ sound, so zhey use a ‘z’ sound instead. After reading zhrough zhe whole archives, you might find yourself doing it, too.
