Yoshihara Risa, head of the league of Blades, is a master assassin who, after being very disappointed in how her underlings were in the art of assassination, got rid of them and cloned herself, passing onto them all her knowledge on the art of assassination, as well as other arts like disguises and espionage, creating the most effective force of assassins.

Her force of assassins quickly gained a reputation within the criminal underworld as a force of deadly assassins, the go-to force to call if you need someone dead, as long as they didn't know about them in the first place. Having an assassin force consisting of the exact same person has the downside of knowing who to look out for. Yoshihara stands out quite a bit, and it doesn't help that all of her clones also have her missing eye, making her stand out even more. Despite being good at her job, all those skills are useless if your target already knows to watch out for you.

Apart from that little hiccup of people knowing to watch out for her, she and her clones are still deadly assassins, taking out high priority targets without a sound.
