I wouldn't blame him for having no sense of personal space. He has no visual depth perception (or visual perception at all), so he can only tell he's near you if he's really near you.
I like your attention to detail in this piece with things like the whiskers flattened against Myu's face and Myu's paw on the small one's back. Great work on this :>

Huh, I hadn't considered that before! Myu has sensory pits along his face that let him have spacial awareness along with his hearing, but I like the thought of him having to get really up close to fully 'see' someone's features. I might consider playing with that concept.
