I decided a bit back to make a character of 
RunawayDanish 's space bug species, and this is where I'm at as of now. The pose is a bit uninspired, but I was still mostly figuring out the design here. Frankly, I'm surprised it made it all the way to coloring and shading. I'm still not certain I'm set on the design, but I can work that out moving forward. Now this guy needs a name...
