Well, only real advice I can give is that the first knuckle of each finger is about halfway down the length of said finger, then with another at about 3/4 length. Usually when I have issues with hands, I'll make a gesture with my own, just to see how it would look anatomically. Obviously that doesn't work with more cartoony characters, but with your style managing a fair bit of anatomical realism, it might help you some. Maybe take a few pictures of your own hands in positions you commonly draw, and keep them saved for reference. Just remember that since your character has only three, and they tend to be each a bit thicker than normal human fingers, you'll have to make some adjustments... The ring finger and pinky tend to contract oddly, and if paired together will contract more easily alongside one another, or to better fit a three-fingered hand, set your middle and fourth finger together for the poses, and contract them with one another, and the pinky separately. It should give you an easier approximation of how it would look.
