The interesting idea is to add real life animal traits and special features to their anthro versions (for example if a sloth is suddenly moving faster then usual, then it is a sign that it is sick and in real danger to die because of the exhaustion. Or the low frequent tones elephants send out that let them appear fearce to potential predators make an actual cute mammoth anthro girl appear as a giant monster in the eyes of wolves)

I've vaguely heard of this anime somewhere, though not one I can remember coming across. I'll have to add it to the list of those I've become aware of through your artwork as I'm sure it's worth checking out.
Though Kuromori does look rather rugged with that scar, he's rather fluffy and does look as though he's a bit fed up with the situation. I wonder if he'd be a wolf whom would accept being given a chin rub or scratch behind the ears.

Seton Academy - Join the Pack is a comedy anime with harem features, but mostly gets its comedy from the fact that the anthro versions sport typical special features from their real life animals they are based on (for example a sloth-girl acting suddenly all speed up is a clear sign that she is sick and could die from this exhaustion, or an anthro hyena girl who is transgender in her oppinion, believe to be a boy just because of the fact that real life female hyenas have a vaginal-penis and so on)
