I know it's kinda painful to read, but I hope you accept this criticism.
Her right thumb should placed on the right side, not left side. You can check by standing at mirror and compare the image on your mirror with the artwork.
Since her face facing directly to the audience, her right ear are quite off to the back. make sure it's same level/position with left ear.
Her shoulder should be wide a little bit.
You also need to improve on other parts. Overall, it's a very good artwork. Draw more and try to learn the basic anatomy, I'm sure you'll be able to draw one very decent picture one day :)
