Oh! Poor girl, what a pity that you are still so soft and empty...
I didn't have a goal to draw specific cars, but in the end I got something similar to the Nissan skyline and porsche. The red guy is already pumped up to full, but not a big blue female car is just starting to inflate with helium. The baby has already been lifted into the air, but this does not mean that she is already full, most likely she is just beginning to inflate.
I am sure that her feminine elastic body will allow you to pump her up more than a red guy.
